Article 2. Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of Estetik Care as well as all agreements entered into with Estetik Care.
2.2Estetik Care may change these terms and conditions at any time.The most recently filed version or the version that applied when the agreement was concluded will apply.
Article 3. Offers and formation of the Agreement
3.1 Offers are valid while stocks last.
3.2 The Agreement between Estetik Care and the Buyer is formed by confirming the order.3.3 Estetik Care is entitled to refuse a potential Shopkeeper and Distributor without stating the reasons.
3.4 Information, images, verbal announcements, statements, etc. - provided over the telephone or via e-mail - with regard to all offers and the main features of the products are as accurate as possible.However, Estetik Care does not guarantee that all offers and products fully correspond with the information given.In principle, anomalies cannot give rise to compensation and/or dissolution.
Article 4. Delivery
4.1 Estetik Care cannot guarantee that all products are at all times available.
4.2 However, we reserve the right not to execute an order immediately or to refuse an order on the basis of, for instance, the extent of the total amount, outstanding invoices or payment history.In such cases, we will seek contact (within no more than 6 working days).4.3 If in the past, payment obligations were not fulfilled or fulfilled too late, the order will not be processed until payment in advance has been received.If we suspect an order is placed under a different name or address, we reserve the right to refuse the order.
4.4 Estetik Care is entitled to engage third parties for the execution of its activities as it sees fit and without having to consult the Buyer.
4.5 In the event that an order received does not correspond with the order form completed by the client, the client should contact Estetik Care immediately.
4.6 As soon as the products to be delivered have been received at the delivery address stated, the risk in relation of these products passes to the Buyer.
4.7 Deliveries abroad may be subject to deviating general terms and conditions and shipping costs.
Article 5. Prices
5.1 Unless stipulated otherwise on www.estetikcare.com, all prices and rates quoted are in Euros and inclusive of VAT.Other government levies are charged separately.
5.2 All prices quoted on www.estetikcare.com are subject to typing errors.Estetik Care cannot be held liable for the consequences of typing errors.
Article 6. Payment
6.1 When ordering via the website, payment can be made as follows:

6.2 If a delivery of products is not accepted without prior consultation with Estetik Care, the products are returned to Estetik Care.In that case, Estetik Care is entitled to charge the Buyer interest, administration costs, packaging costs, as well as the full costs of shipping and returning the products.
6.3 As soon as the Buyer has paid the costs referred to in 6.2 and the purchase amount of the products ordered, Estetik Care will resend the order.
Article 7. Receiving a delivery
7.1 After an order is received, the Buyer can immediately inspect the products. If the products are not delivered to the Buyer in a good condition he must notify Estetik Care accordingly (by e-mail or telephone) within 24 hours of receipt.
7.2 The Buyer is entitled to return an order to Estetik Care within 7 days of receiving it.
7.3 When an order is returned to Estetik Care within this term, the order amount will be paid back into the Buyer's bank or giro amount after Estetik Care has received it.The Buyer has to notify Estetik Care by e-mail of sending a return shipment, stating the return date.
7.4 The order must be unopened and complete, and product seals must be unaffected.
7.5 If products have been opened, if a seal is broken or if the products are in a poor condition (without this having been stated before), the products are returned to the Buyer at his expense.The products are not shipped until the Buyer has paid the shipping costs.
Article 8. Liability
8.1 Estetik Care is not liable for the incorrect use of the products ordered.Before using a product, always read the instructions on the product label.If the description or instructions for use of a products are not clear, please contact Estetik Care by e-mail or telephone.
